A question that everyone will experience at one time when using the Orbit 3 or Orbit K - having in-build non-rechargeable batteries will make this inevitable.
But how do you determine, if your battery is dead? There are several ways to do so.
1) tap the device to see if the LED starts to flash - if not it is most likely dead.
2) log-in to the app and see if the device in the last couple of days started to transmit data at a very high frequency down to every 10 sec. - this is a solid signal that the battery is at its end of life.
If both questions above are true, then your battery is dead.
